The sequel to “Knerten” started production in September 2009, a few weeks before the first film was officially released!

Peter Spence reprised his role as Visual Effects Supervisor, working on-set with Paradox during filming and with Qvisten Animation during the animation production phase.

In total, over 15 minutes of animated characters were integrated digitally in to the film.

“Knerten Gifter Seg” was released in September 2010 and went on to become the no.1 film released that year. The visual effects were also nominated for an Amanda, (the Norwegian version of the Oscar).
